What are you looking for
Looking for an exceptional person to join the team as a VT Warren Administrator. This individual is a hard worker who will embody your values by maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in your home.
Hours vary weekly and seasonally based on business needs.
What will you do
Professionally clean and maintain Vacasa properties using cleaning procedures and products in accordance with established company standards
Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust and wash all surfaces
Move all reasonably portable furniture in the bedroom to clean underneath and behind
Laundry help when needed
Create a welcoming environment for guests and homeowners alike by ensuring the home is clean and cared for
Identify and document any damage to the home. Create maintenance work orders as needed
Collect and remove trash and debris
Meet and maintain required maintenance metrics
Attend all required individual and team meetings
Refill consumables such as soap and paper products
Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary – we offer on-site training
