Freezing Point owns the Frazil beverage brand and is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the United States, with machines nationwide. It’s a fun, exciting and productive team looking for their newest sales and administrative assistants.
Its corporate headquarters is located in Salt Lake City, which is also home to its warehouse and manufacturing team. Your sales and administrative assistants provide customer support at the front desk, while directly supporting your sales operations team in managing incoming calls and emails.
Starting Salary: $18.00 – $21.00/hour.
What will you do
At Frazil, every day is different. As the first point of contact for individual visitors, you’ll help create an impressive first impression by warmly welcoming guests, receiving packages and deliveries, and maintaining the Frazil showroom. As a vital support to the Sales Operations team, you’ll also help answer phone and email inquiries from potential customers.
On any given day, you can:
Cleans, stores and restocks Frazil showrooms and releases Frazil machines.
Greet visitors and guests and direct them to appropriate meetings.
Answer calls from the sales team to support potential customers who want to offer Frazil products.
Respond to queries from existing customers, including redirection to your dealership or network if necessary.
Transfer calls to fulfillment or order teams as needed.
Maintains sales operations email inbox and forwards emails as needed.
Maintain office inventory and order office supplies, including business cards and printed materials.
Clean, store and refill the Frazil Rest Station.
Help keep workplaces clean and orderly throughout the building.
Receive all deliveries, packages and incoming mail.
Deliver the letter to the relevant party.
Partnered with the Human Resources team to successfully organize and execute company-wide events, including monthly luncheons.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of work experience in an office environment
Extensive computer skills, including but not limited to, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, image manipulation, social media and an understanding of digital advertising and related assets.
Experience in radio station continuity or sales is helpful but not required
Self-employed, detail-oriented, organized beginner, must have excellent written and oral communication skills and possess strong multitasking skills
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a team player
Ability to make decisions and work independently without direct direction or supervision
Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees
