Job Summary/Overview
Trinet is looking for a highly motivated individual to support its large client base with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention. This role serves as a retention expert and influences the retention outcomes of allocated portfolios to ensure high quality solutions. This individual will collaborate with internal partners in sales, customer experience, pricing, and product strategy to enhance the customer experience, ensure all interactions and delivery support the customer’s business, and identify new business opportunities.
Basic Duties/Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to customers (SMB) on a daily basis
The role is largely a response to some proactive contact
This role will have a larger business portfolio with fewer touchpoints
Participate in price and contract negotiations to secure deals.
Provide customers with on-demand touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and increase the breadth and depth of C-Suite relationships
Identify customer service opportunities and coordinate the delivery of those services as appropriate.
Build a close partnership with customer engagement teams to improve service levels
Participate in identifying and transitioning customers to alternative service models.
Acts as the customer’s point of contact, coordinates the resolution of service incidents and technical issue escalations, and works with sales and support teams to demonstrate the value of customer support services and identify opportunities to grow the support business.
Regular customer interaction via phone and email is welcome.
