Job summary
Administrative Assistant jobs positions are responsible for providing day-to-day, administrative and program support to assigned departments. This position can serve as the main operational and administrative point of contact for internal and external members.

Minimum eligibility requirements

As an administrative assistant, you will review customer orders to ensure that all specifications are correct. In addition, you will run mailing lists through postal software and work closely with other colleagues in the field of services marketing products. This position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, organize and analyze large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. This is the outlet location (3:00-11:30 pm) in Celina, Ohio.

Administrative Assistant Court Services
Job description:
Responsibilities include managing court service referrals and general arrangements for court-based/referral services, working with the Director of Judicial Services, BILH BS Outpatient Leaders, District and Superior Courts, providing program information, arranging consultations and follow-up as necessary. This service is designed to meet the needs of individuals seeking behavioral health treatment, working with the local court system.
Main Duties/Main Responsibilities:
Maintain attendance, billing, and payment information for the DEA program, including billing and documentation of payments received
Manage and file references from various local court and regulatory agencies, including insurance verification
Respond to phone calls, emails and other correspondence
Provides up-to-date status on primary defendants and other court patients
In Project Manager’s absence, provide coverage for initial projects on a daily basis and mentor new clients at designated days/times
Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with other providers as needed
Follow up with clients and inform the court of patients who do not show up for appointments and assessments in a timely manner
Supervise newly joined groups and group subscribers
Maintain paperwork and documentation for DAE diagrams (new and existing)
Assistance in coordinating any first offense issues with billing
Other relevant roles assigned.
Qualifications and Training:
High school diploma/GED, minimum 1 year of work experience in related fields; multitasking, time management and great attention to detail are essential.
Ability to work independently or with other professionals.
Standard administrative office practices and procedures, including the use of standard office equipment; Computer applications; Electronic medical records from Excel and Word vary; Ability to use technical management reports, spreadsheets, etc.
Skills for dealing effectively with the public and employees in person and over the phone.
